To purchase FAST c/s for uniVerse NT please provide the information requested below, and either a purchase order or a commitment letter which authorizes payment of our invoice by your company.  Submission of the data entry form will create a FAST Software License/Maintenance agreement for you.  Please print the agreement, sign it, and FAX  to (303) 755-1703 along with your PO or authorization to purchase.  Upon receipt of these documents, your order will be shipped overnight via Federal Express™ as soon as possible.  When your order is shipped we will email you confirmation and the Federal Express™ tracking number.  If there are any questions about your order we will call or email you.

When we ship your new copy of FAST c/s for uniVerse NT we will include the installation media, a User’s Guide which includes installation instructions, your executed copy of the software license and maintenance agreement, and our invoice. Please sign the invoice as indication of receipt and forward it to your Accounts Payable department.  Our payment terms are Net 14 Days.
